In the last few weeks we have all produced self portraits and small bios for our social media to get more information on the exhibition easily accessible. It's been lovely seeing all the variety in each of our portraits filling up the pages and I've been excited about each one being uploaded. I made mine like I was stuck in the frame with shrunk down magical creatures around me as I thought it showed my interests nicely.
We have the location booked for the exhibition, the Whitespace gallery on 5th April. It's a small space but it will be enough to show something of everyone's work, and the space often has a good range of independent artists' work on display.
I have also been helping out with the second bake sale, I made apple flapjacks and helped to put arrow posters pointing the way towards the sale.
Other than this I have not had too many responsibilities for the last few weeks but will have things to do soon, including the posters for the exhibition itself, badge designs for us all to wear in the exhibition, submitting my work for the exhibition, and will be animating the lightbulb mascot during the second week of 10x10 next week.
